You know the importance of networking in your career. Word of mouth and personal networks are often the best way to find a great job opportunity.

Put YOUR network of friends and colleagues to work — and earn $5,000 (gross) for each employee you refer who is hired at Newbridge between March 20 and May 19, 2000.

The Networks Work referral program is open to all NAR employees up to and including Managers. Referrals will earn you $5,000 gross, in U.S. funds, PLUS chances at bi-weekly prizes like a 55-inch TV or a $500 dollar Amex gift certificate. There will also be weekly HOT JOBS, worth $8,000 (gross) for a successful referral.

Networks Work follows the same guidelines as the current North America Region Newbridge Employee Referral Program, except:

• The $1,000 (net) payment is increased to $5,000 (gross) or $8,000 (gross) for identified HOT JOBS
• positions for referral include jobs in NAR Sales or Service, and R&D positions located in the U.S. Positions are listed at the Careers Web site, under the U.S. region posting.
• payment will be made in the first possible pay period after the hire date of a successful referral between March 20 and May 19, 2000 (the 90-day period after a referral hire is waived for this program); and
• a completed Employee Referral Award Program Form must be submitted to Human Resources in order to qualify. Guidelines and forms are available online. Forms may also be downloaded from the Forms Directory link in the NAR home page Bookmarks section.
